Purchasing your dream property from Kotan Construction & Development gives you the privilege to benefit from our exclusive “before and after purchase” services.

Without a standard, customer satisfaction is left to chance. Standards focus employees' attention on customer priorities. 

Before Purchase Services:

• We do our best to find the optimum investment and an enjoyable asset for you.

• Roundtrip airport transfer and hotel arrangements if required.

• Inspection trips to find your dream property

• Explaining you the buying procedures in details (even though it is a lot more simpler than in many European Countries) to erase all the question marks in your mind.

• Preparing all the legal documents and the sales contract.

• Assistance and guidance on your property tax matters.

• Arranging appointments with notary public, lawyer ( if required ) and a translator for your convenience

After Purchase Services: 

Since our main goal is to establish life time relationships with our customers, our after purchase services will be an ongoing process as long as you own your property. Here are some of them:

• Sending your title-deed application to the Army Headquarters in Izmir.

• Registering the property under your name when the application is submitted back from the authorities.

• Assisting you to get your tax number from the Tax Office in Kusadasi

• Registering for electricity, water and phone line.

• Assisting you to open a bank account and informing you about the local banking system.

• Recommendation on buying furniture and all other house appliances

• Advice on property insurance (theft, earthquake, storm, etc…)

• Recommendation on car rentals

Insurance Service

Kotan can assist you for insurance of your property. There are 2 types of insurance: 

One of them is called DASK ( compulsory earthquake insurance) 

All the properties must be insured with DASK and this insurance is done after issuing title deed, while paying the settlement fee. After that it must be renewed every year. It only covers some of the declared value of a property. 

The second type is private insurance package which covers % 100 of the property for earthquake together with DASK, theft, flooding, fire, glass breackage and damages caused by it etc.

To have your property insured, you have to have a Turkish tax number ( must be obtained during official purchasing paperworks), you also have to declare total value of your furniture, white goods etc. We can do this insurance even during your absence.

Kotan gives this service to all of the customers for 1 year after handover of the keys. After that it will be offered to those only who has bought property management service from us. We will keep your documents in our office and in case of any event, we will act on your behalf according to the Turkish laws.

Furniture Package

We will make it easier for you!.. We are ready to assist you for your furniture needs to make it stress-free for you to settle down. When you need us, we will take you to a large furniture store where they have a lot of choices for different tastes and budgets. You make your own choices and we make it sure that they are delivered safely when you are away. 

Alternatively, we can decorate your property when you are away.

Airport Transfers

We offer airport transfers in air conditioned luxury vehicles for your comfort.All of the vehicles come with a professional driver, passenger insurance and all of the licenses and documents required by Turkish laws to provide you secure and trouble-free journeys.
