&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;The Thermal Tourism Cities Project (TTCP) was launched by the ministry of culture and tourism last year, with the aim of making Turkey the top destination in the world for thermal tourism by 2023. Die DTZ, PricewaterhouseCoopers (pwc), die OECD &amp;ndash; sie alle haben dem t&amp;uuml;rkischen Immobilienmarkt ausf&amp;uuml;hrliche Analysen gewidmet und Bestnoten verteilt. Bei pwc (&amp;bdquo;Emerging Trends in Real Estate Europe 2010&amp;ldquo;) erhielt Istanbul den ersten Platz im Metropolen-Ranking f&amp;uuml;r Anleger. Und der britische &amp;bdquo;Global Property Guide&amp;ldquo; k&amp;uuml;rte die T&amp;uuml;rkei 2010 sogar zur &amp;bdquo;best residential investment opportunity in Europe&amp;ldquo;.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Als Kernargumente werden vor allem perspektivische Faktoren genannt. Voran: die junge Bev&amp;ouml;lkerung. 61 Prozent der 78 Millionen T&amp;uuml;rken sind unter 34 Jahre alt &amp;ndash; in Deutschland sind es 37 Prozent! Und kein Volk in Europa w&amp;auml;chst &amp;auml;hnlich rasant: Die OECD rechnet mit 83 Millionen bis 2023. Naturgem&amp;auml;&amp;szlig; werden das st&amp;auml;rkste Wachstum jene regionalen Standorte aufweisen, in denen Arbeitspl&amp;auml;tze zu haben sind &amp;ndash; im Tourismus etwa, der ebenfalls eine Erfolgsgeschichte schreibt: Die Zahl der Ank&amp;uuml;nfte ist von 18,9 Millionen 2006 auf 28,6 Millionen 2010 gestiegen.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Touristik-Standorte profitieren vom Wirtschaftsaufschwung&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Dass pr&amp;auml;destinierte Standorte durch diese Dynamik einen hei&amp;szlig;en H&amp;auml;usermarkt aufweisen werden, liegt auf der Hand. Einer Sch&amp;auml;tzung der Vereinten Nationen zufolge werden bis 2025 j&amp;auml;hrlich 300.000 neue Wohneinheiten in der T&amp;uuml;rkei gebraucht. Besonders touristische Standorte l&amp;auml;ngs der K&amp;uuml;ste haben hier gro&amp;szlig;en Bedarf. Und da laut t&amp;uuml;rkischem Immobilienverband mehr als 20 Prozent des Bestands &amp;uuml;ber 50 Jahre alt sind und aufger&amp;uuml;stet werden m&amp;uuml;ssen, kann man dem Fazit der Bank Austria nur zustimmen: &amp;bdquo;Derzeit bietet die T&amp;uuml;rkei ein Umfeld, in dem Entwickler fast nichts falsch machen k&amp;ouml;nnen.&amp;ldquo;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Betonung auf &amp;bdquo;fast&amp;ldquo;? Zweifellos. Denn erst recht in Boomzeiten ist schlecht beraten, wer zum Beispiel die Standorte-Regel au&amp;szlig;er Acht l&amp;auml;sst. Denn je h&amp;ouml;her sich ein Markt entwickelt, desto weiter &amp;ouml;ffnet sich erfahrungsgem&amp;auml;&amp;szlig; die Preis- und Renditeschere zwischen Toplagen-Standorte und zweiter oder dritter Reihe. F&amp;uuml;r Ferienobjekte in der T&amp;uuml;rkei &amp;ndash; bei deren Erwerb mittlerweile auch die Vermietbarkeit in nicht selbst genutzten Zeiten ihre Rolle spielt &amp;ndash; hei&amp;szlig;t das: Strandn&amp;auml;he und/oder Meerblick sind ein Muss, zweitens eine europ&amp;auml;ischen Standards gen&amp;uuml;gende Bau- und Ausstattungsqualit&amp;auml;t (&amp;uuml;brigens unbedingt auch mit einem Blick auf die Erdbebensicherheit) &amp;ndash; und drittens die Erreichbarkeit der Standorte mit dem Flugzeug.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;Top-Standorte auch weiterhin an Mittelmeerk&amp;uuml;ste&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Standorte, die diese Voraussetzungen mitbringen, sind schnell genannt: Im Prinzip sind es dieselben Standorte, die es vor der Krise gab. Die T&amp;uuml;rkische Riviera, also von Antalya &amp;uuml;ber das Golfer-Paradies Belek bis zur Deutschen-Hochburg Alanya, erweitert nach Westen um die Lykische K&amp;uuml;ste bis nach Dalaman (mit eigenem Flughafen) und Fethiye. Dann die Westk&amp;uuml;ste, genauer gesagt Standorte an der &amp;Auml;g&amp;auml;is von Bodrum (mit Flughafen) bis hinauf nach Kusadası, das &amp;uuml;ber den Airport Izmir bedient wird. Und drittens das touristisch immer attraktiver werdende Istanbul &amp;ndash; f&amp;uuml;r das allerdings die komplexen Gesetze einer 13-Millionen-Metropole gelten.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Aber hat sich an den K&amp;uuml;sten was getan? Knapp gesagt: Die Qualit&amp;auml;t der Immobilien und des touristischen Angebots solcher Standorte ist klar gestiegen &amp;ndash; w&amp;auml;hrend gleichzeitig die Preise (noch) auf einem Niveau pendeln, das der &amp;bdquo;Global Property Guide&amp;ldquo; als &amp;bdquo;unterbewertet&amp;ldquo; einzustufen beschloss. Einige Argumente bez&amp;uuml;glich dieser Standorte deshalb, in aller K&amp;uuml;rze, f&amp;uuml;r Kurzentschlossene: Vor den Toren Alanyas hat der neue Flughafen Gazipasa den Betrieb aufgenommen; noch allerdings stehen Ank&amp;uuml;nfte deutscher Airlines aus. Zu einem der Luxus-Standorte hat sich Bodrum entwickelt &amp;ndash; unter anderem mit Villenprojekten des Stararchitekten Richard Meier und einem dieser Tage &amp;ouml;ffnenden Resort der ultranoblen Kette Amanresorts. Und im Raum Izmir kommt neben einem dem Klassiker-Standorte wie Kusadası zunehmend Cesme ins K&amp;auml;ufervisier: Der Badeort an der Spitze der Izmir-Halbinsel galt bisher als Sommerfrische reicher Istanbuler. Die sind &amp;ndash; die wachsende Kaufkraft legt es nahe &amp;ndash; nat&amp;uuml;rlich weiterhin da, f&amp;uuml;hlen sich mittlerweile aber offenbar auch auf Augenh&amp;ouml;he mit verm&amp;ouml;genden Amerikanern, Russen oder Westeurop&amp;auml;ern. Auch das ist ein St&amp;uuml;ck Emanzipation.&lt;br /&gt;

Turkey was the fastest-growing economy in the world during the first quarter of this year with growth of 8.9% compared to the same quarter in 2010, and although growth has slowed the report still expects Turkey to maintain its momentum during the next few years, and a recently introduced government economic program expects economic growth to stabilise at around 5% by the end of next year. The International Monetary Fund has calculated that Turkey's share of budget deficit in its GDP will decrease to 10.3% by the end of this year, and to 7.2% by the end of next year.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Earlier in the year Standard &amp;amp; Poor increased the country's credit rating to investment-grade (BB-) and other credit rating agencies are expected to follow suit, helping to improve the country's appeal to investors. However the report points out that the Turkish investment market still needs to overcome certain structural problems, even though demand for investment remains high.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In addition to this improved confidence, the central bank is also expected to provide $3 billion extra liquidity to the markets, and is being proactive to ensure any possible liquidity crisis in global markets doesn't have a negative effect on domestic markets. The government is also looking at ways of creating new jobs, with one initiative being to decrease the average working week so extra hours are available to create new jobs. Turkey's unemployment rate is declining, and was 9.2% in June which is 1.2% less than a year earlier.&lt;br /&gt;

The country is expected to see increased demand in retail markets as well as the logistics market, but one of the largest increases is expected to be seen in the tourism industry as Turkey is one of the fastest growing markets in Europe.&lt;/div&gt;</description>

The plan is to produce a helicopter weighing less than 5,500 kg which will be designed by Turkish engineers using customised subsystems.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
It's expected to be able to compete with international markets through price and performance, although it will initially be marketed within the country before being released to international buyers.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The defence procurement agency in Turkey is due to send out formal requests for proposals to international manufacturers willing to cooperate with Turkey over this project, and the programme is expected to cost the country billions of dollars over the next few decades.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Apparently Turkey is looking for a foreign partner who will bring marketing advantages to the helicopter program as although officials feel the country has the capability to manufacture the helicopter it would be beneficial to find a company which has large marketing capabilities in third party markets.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The head of the helicopter program has already stated their aim is to see the first helicopter in the air within the next five years, and apparently budget planning has already been completed.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The aim is to use the helicopter for both civilian and military purposes, and Turkey is the world's ninth largest helicopter market so it makes perfect sense for the country to try and boost its local industry.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In a separate agreement, Turkey recently signed a government to government deal with the United States to purchase six heavy lift military transport helicopters with the contract being worth around $400 million. These vehicles will be the first in Turkey's inventory.&lt;/div&gt;</description>

      <title>Turkey to Become Second Largest Producer of Olive Oil within a Couple of Years </title>

Buyukeksi was speaking at the Third Akhisar Harvest Festival at the weekend, and has hopes that this increase in exports will help reduce the country's current account deficit. Olive oil is particularly important to this region, and as well as trying to increase exports it is helping to create its own regional trademark. Akhisar, which is in the western province of Manisa, has 12 million olive trees which is the largest number in Turkey.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The Ministry of Agriculture provided incentives to help increase the production of olive oil and olives in Turkey, which is currently number five in the world for olive oil production and number four in the world for the number of olive trees. It takes three years before olive trees to produce a harvest, and due to the number of newly planted trees it's expected that production will more than triple during the next few years.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
According to another Turkish Exporters Assembly member, Ali Nedim, the technology and production facilities are far better in Turkey than in Spain and Italy, and it's expected that Turkey will become the second-largest producer within the next couple of years as it will have an output of 800,000 tons of olives and 600,000 tons of olive oil. Becoming such a large producer will enable Turkey to have a say in setting prices. At the moment Turkey exports to 62 countries, and is currently trying to secure further rural development support from the government to help the sector become even more competitive against European Union countries.&lt;/div&gt;</description>

She pointed out they could increase bilateral trade, especially as both countries are performing strongly economically.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Recess was speaking at a forum organised by the Turkish Confederation of Businessman and Industrialists, and pointed out that the two countries were amongst a very few who have maintained high growth since the financial crisis. She pointed out the industrial products produced by both Brazil and Turkey are complementary, and bilateral trade between the two countries has already increased this year. In 2005 bilateral trade between Turkey and Brazil was $665 million. By 2010 this figure had increased to $1.8 billion.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Brazil and Turkey are perfectly placed to open doors for each other, as Brazil could help Turkish businessman Access Latin American markets, while Turkey could aid Brazilian businessman looking for new markets in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. The president also pointed out that the World Cup and Olympic Games which are due to be hosted by Brazil in 2014 and 2016 respectively, could present significant tourism and construction opportunities for Turkish businessman. Brazil could also help Turkey with its energy market, as it could share its experiences in producing bio diesel.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Turkey&amp;rsquo;s Foreign Trade Minister is said to have called on Turkish entrepreneurs to enter into the Brazilian market, as this would give them further opportunity to branch out to other countries in the region. During the first eight months of this year, bilateral trade with Brazil reached the same level achieved for the whole of last year. It's expected that during the next few years bilateral trade volumes will exceed $3 billion annually.&lt;/div&gt;</description>

&lt;br /&gt;
The Mid-size Sustainable Energy Financing Facility (MidSEFF) was launched in December 2010, and will now be extended so the bank can continue helping Turkey to reduce its dependence on fossil fuels through financing private-sector energy efficiency investments in sustainable energy projects. The EBRD will now offer a total of &amp;euro;225 million in loans to Turkish banks for lending to private sector borrowers undertaking mid-size renewable energy projects.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
One of the first banks to join the scheme was Yapi Kredi Bank (YKB) which received a total of &amp;euro;75 million through the purchase of notes issued by YKB under its established Diversified Payments Rights securitisation programme.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The CEO of YKB feels it is important to support companies looking to mitigate the negative environmental effects of energy production, and pointed out that this bank has the highest DPR securitisation volume in 2011, and the fact that the last transaction has a 12 year repayment term underlines the confidence of international markets in Turkey's economic prospects.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Since MidSEFF was launched last year, it has provided around &amp;euro;300 million in financing to 4 leading banks in Turkey, and EBRD feels their joint corporation has brought tangible results in unlocking the potential for renewable energy sources in Turkey. Turkey currently has to import most of its energy supplies, and with its need for energy rapidly expanding due to its strong economy, it's essential that the country finds alternative renewable sources.&lt;/div&gt;</description>
